Lovely stay with fab amenities
Had a great time here! The outdoor pool was stunning, and the staff were super friendly. Loved the breakfast until 11am, perfect for a late start after a swim. The only hiccup was some cleanliness in the room, like the cushions that felt a bit iffy. a chill spot if you enjoy coastal walks.

We had a fantastic family getaway at the St Moritz! Just a short stroll to the stunning Polzeath Beach made our mornings magical. The staff were incredibly warm, and we particularly loved the outdoor seating area that allowed our dogs to relax while we enjoyed the fresh sea breeze. The spa facilities were a treat for everyone.
My kids wished for more family-friendly dining options.

Fantastic stay with exceptional views and service
We had a lovely time, enjoying the beautiful coastline views and the superb outdoor pool which was perfect for relaxation. The staff were extremely accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. I found the room's closet space to be a bit limited for our luggage.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk from Polzeath beach, and the staff were generally friendly. the room cleanliness was lacking initially, and some amenities were unavailable during our visit. Meals in the restaurant were enjoyable, but the service could use improvement.

missingWrote a review on 04 Augstunning viewsfriendly stafflack of air conditioninginadequate kitchendelay in service
The stunning views over the pool and sea create a picturesque setting, especially during sunset. While the staff are friendly and the outdoor pool is great for families, the gym's lack of air conditioning can make workouts uncomfortable. the kitchen in the self-catering apartments is inadequately equipped for larger groups. The indoor spa facilities were a nice retreat despite a slight delay in my massage treatment.

Great for a relaxing getaway
The staff were exceptionally helpful, like the shuttle driver who took us right up to the wedding venue to make it easier for us. And those outdoor pools? Absolutely fabulous for unwinding after a long day.

We spent a few nights in a Double or Twin Room. The room felt spacious and modern, definitely a plus. Enjoyed the complimentary drinks and biscuits. those little touches matter. The location is fantastic, right by the coast. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious with perfectly poached eggs. some aspects fell short. The air conditioning struggled. we had to reset the blower during the night. The indoor pool was crowded with kids, which made it tough to relax. Outdoor pool looked nice but had too many bugs, making it less appealing to use. The dining options felt a bit limited, especially for vegans. a nice stay but could improve in a few areas.
